Nature-Based Occupational Therapy for Children

we’re here to help kids regulate, communicate, and participate in daily life; and using nature as a co-therapist is the best way to do it!

Welcome to Tiny Trails Outdoor Therapy! We provide outdoor, play-based occupational therapy for children ages 3-15 in Jackson and Lander, Wyoming.

Sessions are designed to support regulation, confidence, and participation through meaningful experiences in natural environments.

  • Peer-based sessions designed to support social skills, emotional regulation, and cooperative play. Groups are intentionally kept small to allow for individualized support for specific occupational therapy goals within a social setting.

  • One-on-one occupational therapy sessions tailored to your child’s goals and needs. Family/parents are encouraged to join in the fun! Sessions take place outdoors and focus on building regulation, motor skills, confidence, and independence through movement and play.

  • Structured outdoor programs offered throughout the summer. Camps provide a consistent, immersive environment where children build skills through exploration, routine, and group experiences.

  • Education and partnership with schools, providers, and community organizations to expand access to nature-based occupational therapy and support more children across settings.
