Nature-Based Occupational Therapy for Children

we’re here to help kids regulate, communicate, and participate in daily life; and using nature as a co-therapist is the best way to do it!

Welcome to Tiny Trails Outdoor Therapy! We provide outdoor, play-based occupational therapy for children ages 3-15 in Jackson and Lander, Wyoming.

Sessions are designed to support regulation, confidence, and participation through meaningful experiences in natural environments.

  • Time together is tailored to the child and his or her goals. Ariella's flexibility, patience and kindness as the relationship develops is a gift to children who struggle with following directions and emotional regulation. It's much more than an OT session, the non clinical setting allows for fun and adventure!

  • My son loves Tiny Trails! He is so much more interested and engaged while out in nature. I love how Ariella follows his lead and makes him feel comfortable. He learns and grows so much better this way than in a clinical setting.
